No Leash Needed

No Leash Needed is a dog training center run by co-owner Shannon Mayfield.  Shannon and her team of trainers work in a clean, safe environment.  They offer many services to those people that own dogs.
Part of NLN’s allure is their building that is equipped for all things dog-related.  Both the indoor and outside play areas are large enough for pets to have plenty of play room.  The outdoor area is fenced in with turf placed inside instead of regular grass.  This ensures that your pet’s paws stay relatively clean, even if the ground is wet!
The indoor kennels are spacious enough for even the largest dogs.  The rooms are both heated and cooled according to the season so that your pet’s temperature remains comfortable.  Unlike other dog training facilities, NLN does not have concrete floors.  Their floors are rubber so that your dog’s joints are not affected by the hard surface.
Boarding Your Best Friend
There may come a time when you need to go away for a night or two and not bring your beloved pet.  When such situations arise, NLN is the first place you should think of.  Mayfield and her staff members added boarding services to their list of programs.
There are only a few spacious kennels available for your dogs, so owners should call in advance to schedule a boarding period.  For a discounted fee, dogs may attend the day camp as well.  They will have fun socializing with the other campers while you are out of town.  The day camp is designed to keep dogs healthy with plenty of exercising.
In order for your dog to board at NLN, they must have all current vaccinations and negative fecal results.  NLN does not want intestinal diseases travelling amongst the dogs.  Pet owners are encouraged to bring their dog food bag and a pillow/blanket.
The food is to make sure your dog does not experience digestive stress.  The pillow/blanket is to help the dog feel more comfortable in their new surroundings.  Your home scent on the pillow or blanket will make it seem as though your pet is still with you.
“Yes, Master” Training Sessions
Many of the client testimonials listed on NLN’s website start out with them having problems training their pets.  No Leash Needed dogtraining is mostly known for their outstanding training services.  They make pet training fun and easy to do with their different methods.  One of the methods they use includes rewarding pets with treats.
Pets will learn a series of obedience skills including:
  • Come
  • Sit
  • Stay
These basic commands are among the lifelong skills they are trained to perform.  Ultimately, the training staff follows what you want to teach your pet.  Your pet obedience goals are NLNs as well.
The trainers come from some of the best schools in the country.  A few of these schools include:
  • Sit Means Sit
  • Tom Rose School
  • Triple Crown Academy
Before beginning training sessions, each dog is given a free evaluation by a trainer.  This is to see what kind of behavior your dog has, making it easier to determine which methods to use.  Prices for training classes vary based on your evaluation.  NLN will let pet owners know their estimated price after the evaluation has taken place.
More Benefits to You and Your Pets: No Leash Needed
There are many perks to using the NLN training center.  One of the many benefits includes customized scheduling.  The staff at the dog training facility knows how busy everyone is.  To make life easier, they offer to instruct your dog in your home.
There are group training sessions that your pets can attend.  This is perfect for those pets that need help socializing with other dogs.  Each dog will learn how to associate with other dogs.  This makes taking them on walks around the neighborhood less noisy and less of a struggle.  You can say goodbye to incessant barking and pulling on the leash.
Every dog’s behavior is different from the next.  The trainers at No Leash Needed hail from the best training schools in the country.  They have many techniques readily available to use.  Their plans for your dog depend entirely on your dog’s behavior and how they learn best.
Another perk is that there are many ways to save money with the training center.  Families with multiple dogs that need training will receive a discounted price on each additional dog.  Trainers allow a certain number of dogs to attend training sessions, day camps, and boarding.  This is so that each dog is given the proper amount of attention to ensure their happiness.
Doggy Day Camp
The No Leash Needed Dog Day Camp is perfect for those dogs that are home alone during the day.  Most dogs that stay home by themselves are crated so that they cannot do any damage around the house.  Your pets can say goodbye to the loneliness and hello to a day of fun at the dog training center.
No Leash Needed offers to keep your dog entertained throughout the day.  Pets experience a great deal of exercise and play time with other campers.  Most dogs are exhausted after the day camp and are ready to relax with their owners.
Foster and Shelter Dogs
The team at NLN recently devoted some of their time to fostering dogs that were in shelters.  They use their different programs to socialize the shelter dogs with others.  Before they can move in with their new family, they must adapt to a more social way of living.
The Dog Day Camp assists with their socialization program.  Shelter dogs are able to exercise while learning to get along with others.  The exercise is especially good for those that seem “kennel-crazed.”  NLN helps these dogs adjust their behavior before moving in with their chosen family.
No Leash Needed pet care offers many different programs for pets.  Every single program is beneficial to dogs in more than one way.  Pet owners find that the No Leash Needed dog camp is exactly what their dog needs.  The team at No Leash Needed wants you to set up an appointment today!
